Cancellations

A credit card is required on file to reserve any appointment for all clients.

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to Cancel or Reschedule. This allows your stylist to serve other guests avoiding a loss of income.

If your appointment is not cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled.

If you have two or more late cancellations or no shows within a three month period Urban Euphoria reserves the right to require a prepay in full for all future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Your time is important to us and we are committed to ensuring all guests receive the experience they requested in the time frame scheduled.  If you arrive late for your appointment you may be offered a shortened service or asked to reschedule to allow us to serve every guest promptly.

Refund Policy

Services are non-refundable.

It is our intent every guest receives the look they desire and during their consultation.  We are more than happy to schedule a modification service free of charge if we have made an error based on your initial consult communication.

Please contact the salon by phone @ 317-882-8400 within 48 hours of your initial appointment to ensure we can assist you in identifying a timely resolution.

Please note: Using home color or going from darker to lighter tones is not an exact science and will likely require more than one service to achieve your desired result. Your stylist will advise you during your consultation if this is a potential.  This is considered a multi-service visit to ensure we maintain the integrity of your hair and does not apply to our complimentary service modification.

Return Policy

Retail products may be returned within 7 days of original purchase date for a store credit if unopened & unused.

All gift cards are non-refundable.

Pricing

All service pricing is "starting at" and may vary based on designer, time and services required to meet your design goals. Please consult directly with your designer during your consultation to understand all costs involved to achieve your desired look.

New Guests

All new guests are encouraged to book a consult prior to booking your first appointment. As a new guest, if you choose to book your first appointment without a prior consultation, you are required to book a consultation along with your first appointment to ensure we allot necessary time to get to know you and your design goals. Without an initial consultation prior to booking your first appointment we can not guarantee booked time will align with the time necessary to meet your design goals.

Please bring photo's, electronic or paper, to reference in describing your design goals.

Under 18

If a guest under the age of 18 is paying with a parent or guardian payment on file, there must be a note on file authorizing use of their on file payment. This may be done in advance of scheduled appointment via phone @ 317-882-8400, by email at guestservices@urbaneuphoria.com or by requesting your accounts be linked. Urban Euphoria can not be held responsible for falsified communication or use of credit cards an individual has in his/her possession.

Parents are 100% responsible for being present for consult regarding services to be rendered to understand and authorize cost and type of of services. If parents are not present for consult/services they waive rights to authorization of the service and cost prior to delivery, unless prior arrangements are made with the service provider in writing for remote communication. It is not uncommon for inadequate services to be booked online. The consultation reveals the specific needs for the design being described or presented by photo. Urban Euphoria can not be held responsible for service(s), variation(s), and cost(s) defined during a consult where parents are not present to authorize. We reserve the right to refuse any service due to concern for the integrity of our guests hair.

General

For their safety, children stay in our guest service space when not receiving services and should not be left unattended or be self-directed at any time. Parents/legal guardians are solely responsible for their care and actions.

Urban Euphoria reserves the right to refuse services based on any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, concern for integrity of hair, insufficient time booked online and/or late arrivals.
